Marcia Gail Hinkeldey
Biography:
Marcia Hinkeldey is a Sulphur Springs native who has been a lover of art her entire life, but has been an active artist since 1980. While having taken formal art lessons from the late Margret Carroll Anzaldua and Bart Lindstrom, she is largely a self-taught artist with her own unique abstract style that often marries more typical art mediums, such as oil and acrylic paint, with unique "3D" objects as parts of her art work.
Marcia's passion for teaching has grown out of various past experiences in the church and medical fields. She is overjoyed to now be joining her passions for art and education as a teacher for select "A Brush of Class" events.
